About

Kingston 10 Architects is a Kingston-based practice founded in 2004 by architects Ann Hodges, Peter Francis, and O’Neil Johnson. Our work is grounded in the Caribbean vernacular and a deep regard for climate, craft, and place.

We pair resource-conscious planning with robust, contemporary construction - timber, stone, and simple finishes used with care - so buildings feel both familiar and forward-looking.

K10A contributes to heritage conservation policy and planning, and collaborates closely with fabricators and specialists to include local knowledge and expertise in the making of buildings.
